local news tonight---gun amnesty in manchester

i was watching the local news on tv tonight and they were doing a report on the gun amnesty in manchester, and along with the usual guns and rifles that get handed in , someone had handed in a cannon.
i great big cannon with wheels!!!!!
half of me thinks thats quite funny and the other half of me thinks what sort of mad get has a cannon lying around.

and if there aren't any to find, why not bring some from back home and place it somewhere? press will be slobbering.

i'm curious how long the iraki people will be so friendly anymore (as a whole) and what happens when syria steps on the agenda (once all those soldiers are around.. cmon).

re: iraq. tony blair has said that they now reckon they need to check 1500 sites for womd, but that they will definitely find evidence that saddam "HAD" womd. he also said they will definitely find evidence that he supported terrorists. i wonder how he knows this before the evidence is found.

oh didn't you hear? they are in syria now. so thats who us yanks are going after. and then we will discover that they are really in Iran. after that we will have to back track because they will have mysteriously been transported to libya. but then word will get out that france had them all along. (haha! whoops are bad.)

mind you that by the time all this fully goes through I am sure that North Korea will have already nuked the west coast but we will have had our heads so far up are own ass we probably wont even notice.

talking of north korea.
it was on the national news tonight, that north korea just opened up an embassy in a lttle house in ealing,london , on an ordinary street.
the residents were up in arms cos they think it will lower the price of property in the area, and the coincil are getting involved because they say the owners of the house dont have planning permission to run an embassy there... hilarious
