Touch Records Radio always offers up a nice leftfield podcast to add variety.
http://www.touchradio.org.uk/
Available in iTunes too.
So sometimes it might be some beautiful Chris Watson field recordings, sometimes it might be warm and nice zizzlings from someone like Fennesz. Sometimes it might be what sounds like a giant concrete cat being raped with a humongous steel phallus (gizzing blobs of molten lava), but you can just hit next when that happens.

The DMX Krew podcast is mint. Loads of history, and Ed's humour is dry as you like :)
episode 15 is a studio special, an he makes a tune on his hardware during the hour long show. Really insightful and full of laughs
I would link but i'm on my iScone and I can't be bothered :)

After the fantastic response to the first 'unseen selectors' mix, we present the second installment in our new mix series. To re-iterate the objective, we aim to present a number of mixes by people you may or may not recognise incognito. This is to shift the focus off the DJ and allow the listener to explore the music contained within in more detail.
Our next mix comes from another unseen selector and takes us on a fresh new trip, exploring a vinyl only approach, with a broader range of history being covered, exploring deep house, and soulful Detroit style techno.
This is a very discerning track selection, mixed 100% live on two turntables featuring some material linked in an indirect and hard to trace form to the selector.
We tried to think of ways to talk about, in particular - 1XA's Mandragora and Ben Klock's storming 'Viscoplastic' to paint a picture of what listeners could expect and all we could come up with is : JUST LISTEN
On that note, you can download the mix here.
