*obviously i havent seen everyones, so the most appearing avatars as of lately are subconsciously in my head

loz - kept it the same, and i like to pretend its actually you
$eye - i dig yer $hht-eye-L, dewd.
emma - the baby with fags and the old tv lookin one from last year
pille - always changing, always same aspect ratio
basic:2R - it does not have a face in it (which seems to be a very common theme in the avatar biz, having a face)


honorable mentions:
cristians - current, only cuz the pic looks like my rosie rednose, (always next to me when im sittin here). ill post a pic one day.
grobs - spaghettios and gif animations of your own face. sassy.
n-vizable planets - cuz its embedded in my brain and i cant get rid of it. ive seen that movie a billion times. i neither like or dislike it (your avatar that is, love stanleys 2001 directioin) but can not get it out of my head. like a bad pop song.
aleks - cuz disturbs me
chiptronics - cuz i know pinhead is a cenobyte, and thats trivia, so i feel good about myself for knowing things like that.

emma - looks just like my old tiny tears (ugly doll), which is still at my mum's somewhere, and the baby/fag thing is just soo funny in a pathos-like way
baba - doing her bit for sexy big knickers, big dreams, and bunny-boys
hiro - love the gentle illustration of this girl
grobs - when i finally switched the ani-gif enabler on, i couldn't stop laughing for ages! great humour...and i love the sculptured cliffs of dover!
Ruben A - that lil guy stays the same, and i like the way he shows his important possessions with him..

i like other people's avatars too! so don't feel left out because i don't mention yours, please. it's the fault of having to choose only 5!

actually, i think we should start a thread where you can lay your old avatars to rest. maybe offer up a small heartfelt story about the avatar your terminating... but it could get messy in there if everyone came in with filthy hands from the garage, all loud n stuff, waking the dead.

I think I will keep it for a while since I didn't realise that people actually pay attention to others avatar to do a quick reading.
I will give 1 dollar to the person who can correctly identify where I got the orignal image for my avatar. (mux should get this!)

@7875: to make an avatar is easy. find an image of the web. I use google search for images. save it to the computer you are using and bring it into photoshop if it has it. go to image size in photoshop and make it 100X100 pixels or smaller. and also make it under 10,000 bytes. if the image is 95X85 for instance and is still over 10,000 make the dimensions smaller untill you are under 10,000. then save it some place on the computer. from the board go to settings and then edit options. under edit options at the bottom of the page is a section that says 'change avatar'. click on that and there is a button that says browse. click on that and find that saved file of your avatar on your computer. select that and click ok. then click on 'submit modifiactions'. if you image is 100X100 pixels max and under 10,000 bytes then you should get a message that says thanks for your changes or summat like that. then you are done!
