What is a fair price in the USA for an artist to sell their 12" record at their gig?

ok, at a show, the distro price means dick, 10 bucks. that's right, 10 smackers. you will sell out if you have played a good set. pretty much the samwe all over the world that price. play a good set, sell your discs for ten bucks each... good rule of thumb i think...

10 bucks is definitely an easy sell considering import eps go for around 13 in stores.
