probably i like all this jumpstyle and gabba dancing cause it reminds me of our folk dances which i like it a lot.

They are copying an African American style of dress that was popular several years ago. Supposedly it signifies "dead man walking" as prisoners who are being put to death have their right leg pant rolled up where the lethal injection occurs.
