Lighters seem to just go into circulation, last weekend I started with about 3 then I lost/had them nicked, then I ended up with 2 different ones then lost.......

if you´re a smoker in stockholm and smoke at the bar there´s a high risk that it might be stolen after 24:00 coz then its almost legal to grab any lighter you want... i think this phenonema get going after all the beers that has already been drank.

well, i dunno what i´m talking about. i´m not a smoker. but i´ve seen my friends get rob at there lighters and it´s always after 24:00.

i've had my lighter for 3 years now. it's a little plastic fish. the tail opens open to show the lighter and it's just a replaceable mini-lighter inside. the secret is getting a lighter that everyone will know is yours... i know nobody else who uses a fish for their lighter needs..

I think hippies started that lighter jugling game. it was a natural progression from hackey sack. but when you loose your hackey and the hard plastic of the lighter hurts your bare feet you just start using the back of your hands.

my favorite lighter i've seen was black with large white lettering saying "it's mine" on the side. unfortunately i saw it in some poncy expensive as hell (i think this thing was like over £10, for what was in essence a normal bic lighter) shope in paris...

i've always thought there are two types of people in this world
those that are never without a lighter
and those that input lighters into the system
i've always thought i'm one of the latter

a mate of mine always said you should never drill a hole in your clipper and hang it round your neck off a piece of string cos they're free spirits and need to be able to travel around from home to home

a couple yrs back a few of my mates had lighter nickin competition while out for the night
while most were like 'oh we gave up after half a dozen or so cos we felt so guilty'
one of 'em stood up sayin 'well i didn't feel guilty at all!' and proceeded to empty pocket after pocket of the bloody things
there must have been about 50 or 60 in a big pile on the table

crafty fucker that one he must have caught me unawares cos as i was lookin at all the different styles what did i find but my fuckin zippo!
