I've listened to this about half a dozen times today and Mr Bale is now my hero.

There needs to be more shouting in the workplace I think. Had a bit of a debate in the office and loads of people are like 'I don't come into work to get abused and shouted at' and managers saying it's disruptive and it doesn't acheive anything.

Yeah, I think it's fair enough, he gets paid 1000 times more than 'light guy', so he should be allowed to be make other people fire him. It's only a little money he makes, so why would he care. What's worse, is the tech is being very apologetic but Bale just keeps going and going. A simple 'leave the set and don't come back until you've copped on' would've done wouldn't it?
