It's ok, you can "offset" them by buying a fucking tree or something.
We're going to NYC at the beginning of Oct. Might go to Ireland for a few days soon too. Southwest somewhere.

...less goods from the other side of the world, that are continually being bought round on huge ships doing fuck knows how many gallons per mile.
I know i do far fewer air/sea miles than the produce i consume, but passenger air travel is way less p.c.

Me and Gen are of to Croatia in September. Flying into Zadar and planning on stumbling down the coast.
Never been before so any recommendation's for things to do/accommodation (nothing to pricey) would be greatly appreciated!

I don't have any summer holiday plans.
But my aunt is coming to visit from Scotland in October.
So I will take some time off and hang out with her and then travel with her to North Carolina to see my parents.

I got told by my boss that I wasn't allowed to take any leave until the end of September - because we have a lot on over the next few months.
She then promptly fucked off to France for two weeks leaving me to sort it all out.

I save shit like that up for review time. When they have there say I reply with shit to balance it off - normally gets me a pay rise ;-)

Might go to Ireland for a few days soon too. Southwest somewhere.
I just came back from a short 4 day trip home there in Kerry. It's nice and quiet in Ireland this summer compared to usual. The prices are a bit lower than usual too so haggle on accomodation prices. Made a trip out to the Garnish Islands near Glengarriff this time and it was well worth it. Lush sub-tropical gardens on a tiny island with all kinds of weird plants.
