i just made chocolate eclairs. i fucked up a little bit and buttered the baking tray which burnt the bottoms a little bit so a few i turned into eclair boats, chopped them off ...

anyone know any hard desserts to make, chaux pastry wasnt hard, i heard Phyllo Dough is well hard.. any suggestiobns?
