If it doesn't come from a sheep I'm not interested. Manchego is the king of cheesekind.

I like manchego. they eat it for breakfast in the canary islands and it's lovely.

And yet...so right.

i never understood all the fuss about cheese. it's just... cheese

mind you, it gives me migraines, so my relationship with cheese is probably less cordial than most

Jesus that's fucking rotten.

Some people clear the larvae from the cheese before consuming; others do not.

Wat?

i dont think cheese is all that
it wasn't till i started smoking that i developed a taste for it
not a very good indictment for a food
cheese... destroy your taste buds and it tastes awesome

Yes Epoisse is delish, but I suspect that my girlfriend got lactose intolerance from eating too much of it. Now she can’t eat any dairy, which makes eating the same food a pain in the hoop.

I love Gubbeen too, great on a homemade hamburger.

Cheese is my worst drug. There's nothing better than getting home from a tough day at work to do a fridge raid. Don't bother putting on biscuits or anything, just straight. I would lose loads of weight if I cut out cheese, but love it too much.
I tend towards things like Port Salut or Chaumes, not the most underground, but i love the creaminess.

i always though lactose intolerance and stuff like that was just an excuse for women who wanted to be skinny, i've never met a lactose intolerant fella anyhow... (tounge firmly in cheek)

For what it’s worth I believe her, but it’s in my interests to innit. Seriously though, she gets horrible pains in her stomach and sometimes migraines if she eats dairy now. So much for my pasta mascarpone dish that used earn me loads of brownie points :(
