for the deer hunter stew (hungary style) you take:

3 large onions
1/5 kg deer meat
2 table spoons red pepper powder
2 table spoons tomato paste (seasoned)
125 ml red wine of choice
1 red pepper
250 ml instant sauce for sour-roast
lard, sunflower oil (1/2 tbs), 2 laurel leaves, 1 tbs majoran, 1 tbs garlic, 1-3 cloves, ts savory, ts grinded coriander seeds, salt, pepper.

dice the onions and fry them in a stew pot with the lard and sunflower oil.
cut deer meet to dices and fry with onions.

add salt, pepper and spicing with garlic and tomato paste and let roast.

delete roasting with red wine, add diced red pepper, add 250 ml boiling water, blend with instant sauce for sour-roast and let simmer.

serve with noodles or side dish to taste for 2-3 persons. :)

what are these ingredients?

bean herb

edit: ah.. bean herb = Bohenkraut also known as 'Savory'

or '3 carnations' do you mean the flowers - or three tins of evaporated milk or something else?

maybe Swanson® Seasoned Beef Broth with Onion or Campbell's® Brown Gravy with Onions or campbell's® Slow Roast Beef Gravy will do..

i dont find anything roasty thats sour so you could add 1/2 ? cup of
rice vinegar (edit: a few tablesspoons?) and use regular beef gravy.

with carnations i mean
Syzygium aromaticum
