i thought they were more aimed at those bleary eyed middle age/class people you see in high streets who think anything new/colourful/heavily marketed is cool. (see uniqlo)

Hospital staff somewhere got banned from wearing them cos they fucked up sensitive equipment iirc.
I always thought they were hippy-millie tant-social worker-mung bean style. My mum's got some. I'll try and encourage the dog to eat them next time I visit :)

Just did a google search, they're 30 quid here (= $60). It winds me up something chronic when retailers equate dollars to pounds.
I'm off to reattach my 'Rip-Off Britain' placard to my transit van.

Can anybody confirm what they are made of - foam or jelly?
Dunno how anybody can be expected to be taken seriously wearing them...I honestly lol'd at some cunt in Richmond wearing a pair of orange crocs. He looked hurt and rightly so.
That was the first time i had ever seen them but the guy wearing them was a total fashion victim and deserved my scorn.

Therefore, don't diss the birkens.

wine, beer and spirits all the time
though I have you still she's always on my mind
the rain falls down I'm soaking through
I'm an old man inside a young man's suit
my crocodile shoes are crying too
for they know how much love I have for you
crocodile shoes, crocodile shoes
crocodile shoes, crocodile shoes
wine, beer and spirits take me down
the lights are low and there's no one else around
the waitress sure looks pretty and that's a bad sign
I smile at her still yo're always on my mind
with your crocodile shoes, crocodile shoes
crocodile shoes, crocodile shoes
I've lost so much in a short time
don't see my kids how I miss my wife
I let the world slip through my hands
and now I'm talking to the only friends I have
crocodile shoes, crocodile shoes
crocodile shoes, crocodile shoes
they're crying too
they're crying too
crocodile shoes

Me and my girlfriend saw this woman in Canary Wharf - she was parading around the fancy shops in a Juicy Couture velour tracksuit - I think lime green colour - this was married with bright neon pink Crocs - not a good look - but she seemed to think that she was hoity toitying around in a couple of grand's worth of designer clobber.
Girlfriend has a black pair that she got from a relative in the US - they're great gardening shoes - about it really.
