If you check the book i have just read and posted about....

I doubt it very much, according to the former chief weapons inspector...alll such facilities for making "W.O.M.D" were dismantled long ago, moreover, he claims that the shelf life of any remaining biological weapons expired (as most of their stock was produced some 10-15 years ago...!)
