Midi clock in Max MSP

help,
how can i generate or sync with midi clock in max msp? any help much appreciated.

on right now - big juss - 'plantation rhymes' - awesome....

bang a number (96 I think)into a midiout object (I think)
24 times per quarter note (use the tempo object to do this accurately)
