Still years away...

Any thoughts on this idea? What it could mean for person-to-person memory sharing possibilities... Thoughts of musicians passing memories to go with sound compositions- for a different understanding of a particular musical moment... The possibilities... both exciting and frightening.

Definitely interesting...

Re: chip switch

Do you think that people would be able to interpret other people's memories with the same empathy and emotion- or would it simply be as if you were watching a movie and translating the experience by the limitations of your own varied reactions... It is very interesting to me. Can we get so close to real empathy... The act of putting yourself in someone else's shoes... Would it not progress us further to have this ability?

I know I am branching off a bit... interesting talk... w/o option/command/escape.
