Some times i just can't sleep. No matter how hard i try to my brain will just keep running in circles and i just can't seem to nod off. I'll be like a zombie and shit just walking around my apartment tired as fuck but i just can't sleep. I'v gone for days and days without before and i don't know what do do to change it. Is anybody else having the same problems on a regular basis? Or am i just insane? I know i'm bi-polar but i'v never dealt with a sleeping problem like this before.

a long walk through green pathways helps...
cup of milk, heated with a sprinkle of grated nutmeg, and a spoonful of honey helps...
a little auto-eroticism often helps ...
and also...still your rodent-wheeel mind as you're lying on your back in bed...tell yourself sleep is where u can find unexpected solutions to plaguing problems.

First - Stop drinking coffee.
Drink lots of camommile tea.
Do some light exercise before going to bed (masturbation/sex will do).
Don't listen to frenetic music just before going to bed.
Is there anything worring you?
Read a book/watch tv.
Or just take lots of valium or tamazepan.

damn, i´ve some serious insomnia to. it´s hard as hell sometimes. it´s not the best to try stay up until the body don´t work anymore.
what you need is nothing hunting your back(job, school etc etc). sure job is good, but i don´t think no job is worth it if you can´t have a real good night.
and then try to eat good food...
still. i´m usualy awake for 2-3days (may be 4) pretty often.
last tip, talk with people you know about this. the board people are really nice, but a real fysik person can do much more.

i don't suffer from insomnia
and if i'm sleepless, it's cos i'm awake
and if i wanna sleep, but can't, it's cos i'm busy
but i never SUFFER from insomnia.
alternatively, u could ditch all theories, and enjoy being an insomniac and all the peace of the night hours :)

true, a little spliff can help, though... it doesn't help me anymore... but it's a long time since I've got insomnia... now I take it easy, and spend the night processing photo, the dark reddish ambiance always makes me tired at the end...
anyway, not that you should install a photo lab to get asleep... try lavanda bags on the eyes, cup of hot milk with orange flower, a quarter of lexomil, and a small joint of G 13... that should help you... and most important, go and get tapes or dvd of " the blue planet".

I wish i could do all the druge you guys mentioned but i have random drug screens. Every time i get in to a good sleep cycle it gets fucked up because there will be one night that i just can't sleep.
