I am 28 today, I have celebrated all weekend - Tonight I shall be drinking Caiparinhas (a friend has brought me a bottle of cachasa from Brazil). Hurrah! Hope everyone on the board feels as happy as I do ;)

Caiparinhas is a kind of art ;-)......................very difficult but the result is very great!!!!!!!!

Caiparinhas is: Cachasa, fresh lime juice, fresh sugar cane juice (organic sugar will have to do in the UK) and crushed Ice. It's the national drink of brazil, it tastes delicious and weather permitting I'm going to sit on my roof and drink it in a deckchair tonight.

cheers for the beers the other night ava, if I'm in bristol another time I'll try and return the favour. I'm going to try to visit my friends there more often and my cousin also lives there so there's scope even for a slacker like me ;)
