I live in an apartment complex and a temporary mail carrier left a package
publicly displayed on my particular mail box. It was stolen that day and the remnants were found in the dumpster. The package contained candy and cookies and 150 dollars in cash that was stuffed in one of the candy boxes as a type of open package suprise. I assumed who stole it based on actions from my coworker, a drunk who didn't show up at the hotel for two days at the hotel where I worked, getting drunk and causing trouble with a
girl who was getting evicted for losing her job due to drinking. The coworker played accoustic guitar at a local bar down the street. I confronted him and his groupie vegetable noise idiots in the bar and tried to force a confession.
I was drinking heavily and had a knife which I was forced to hide upon being kicked out. Not a bright idea but got through. Later that night I caught him on the second floor and threw him down the stairs. I could have killed him or
broken his neck and left him paralysed. Not good behavior. Yet, two days later I got a letter with 150.00 dollars and a message written at the bottom of my father's letter stating that the candy was delicious. I am posting this not for love or attention just a bizarre ending.

you sound like just the kinda of person i'd love to be friends with. Knives and trowing people down staircases is probably really worth it for £75.

dumbass

exactly. I was out of control. I quit drinking and applied to univeristy and got in. I have not drank in 3 weeks and this just did not happen. I am suprised that I got the money back due to the force that I had laid out. Yes, it is stupid. It scared me straight but not too straight considering that I drank tonight a bit. Now I feel like shit for sharing on this music forum. well.

I have been observing the responses to my initial post.

Have a person who you gave a job too plus shared recording equipment and played overall sucker and smiled and pumped up something that stung you ears but was excited to see any creativity at all suddenly rob you. Get your head around that. I say get a job in terms of reference. Yes to throw someone down stairs is stupid. But to let someone fuck you and break into a sacred family field and get drunk off of money that was meant for getting my nikon d50 slr out of the pawn shop to meet the university deadline is too much. This is all becoming conceptual art.
