They should think about some serious re-releases then. I reckon I'd be willing to spend a few quid on some recs. Hmm, perhaps they are too skint for that?

re:releases - yeah totally, some early stuff I wouldn't mind of vinyl, not willing to pay the over price that ebay offers, and also they could sort out some money to their artists that way...
b12! what joy.

pille'ocheoni:

You only need to buy one of the CDs to get the sampler ...

Infact ... if you own all the CDs already and send them pictures of you and the CDs they will send you the sampler on it's own ...

Or they did for me ......

Mind you it did mean I had to make a right twat of myself and get my wife to take a picture of me and 16 CDs ...... but it was free .. ;)

Yes, I know I bring it up a lot but The Journey Home needs to be mine. I've practically wore my mate's copy down!! Yes, electro soma on vinyl is essential - I love that album!!

hmm isn't warp rereleasing stuff regularly? case in point being e.g. twoism...

When ever I've questioned about re-releasing stuff it always comes back to demand .... or the fact they believe there isn't enough ...

Their argument is that if the demand warrents it they will reissue a release ... as in the recient reissue of Twoism ...

I never hear the end of peeps wanting "Electroworld". That would be a winner on vinyl for sure.

i'm still waiting for a re-release of lfo 'frequencies'. and i doubt there would be no demand. don't know what warp is expecting though.

I think frequencies was repressed at least once a couple of years back, coz I bought my sealed copy in like 96 or 97...

yeh I'd love to own electroworld, only have the kilohertz single...

I really want LFO- LFO remix 12, just for Mentok1. That track has always eluded me. Funny that, with me coming from Sheffield- bit embarassing really.
WILL PAY GOOD PRICE

@Wheezer, if you are succesfull, please let me know what you pay. I have seen it around in shops but at very inflated prices. Are you doing that through e-bay? I can't be arsed with e-bay. I used to like it, but when I tried to re-register ( due to my e-mail address changing), you have to register a credit card if you don't use outlook express. I use neither a credit card nor OE.
Bummer!!!

I didn't think this was so hard to find ... I picked up a copy not that long ago from Vinyl Exchange in Manchester ... and I've seen copies in there since. Might be worth having a look.
