Hehehe.....i have the Manual but.....it dont give me much help...theres no Tutorial or something like that....
If more Users here are interested in i can upload a .pdf version in english language........

You can (god forbid) purchase the Reaktor tutorial book by Wizoo thro the Native website, I think they have published it in German now.

yes the german version of that handbook should be out, english one comming. i think you can download a 10 pages test as pdf from their site. i hope this is better than the handbook, which didn't help me that much. it was more for getting into the idea of that modular structure, not really for practical issues.
