*not recommending this at all....but*

to be sucessful you must hit very hard and make sure you follow past the point of impact on the corner of your head. There's only been two times it didn't work and it was my fault for not swinging hard enough and holding the bottle correctly. Trial and error.

When it works right there is no pain at all and no swelling or bruising. When it doesn't work...see the Steve-o vid. OUCH! ha ha
