This afternoon, I am going to the opening of a new community centre in my city of Wakefield, West Yorkshire, where we'll be treated to a day of...

Dancing
Free Buffet (*g*)
...and much more...

This is the first event of it's kind in our area, and hopes to open the cultural doors to all in our very diverse community.
The children who attend will be interviewed live on digital camcorder, to find out what they want from their new community centre.

I'll be there, and will report back later..

Yeah sure...the last time I played records at a drum'n'bass party there was a turkish wedding with music in the hall next door .-) No remarkable cultural exchange going on though *gg*

yeah theres a centre for cultural diversity round the corner from my flat. i went to a gig there once.
