Buffalo Hard Drives

A techy question, but not audio tech necessarily. I need an external drive, 250gb minimum. I've seen this:

...and it looks well-priced. Anyone know how it performs? Speed, noise etc.?

OR anyone know of similarly priced 250gb drives?
