Unfortunately I think it won't make any difference whether there are protests or not - Bush has made up his mind and even if he gets no support by the UN he's still going to go on with the war. Bush wants a war because its good for American Economy. After the gulf war America had its biggest ever boost in their economy.
But having said that, I still think that even if anti-war protests make no difference, it is still important to protest and show opposition to Bush and that little coward Blair.
All my friends and everyone I know are going to be out in the streets in London tomorrow. I think it's going to be huge...

There's a guy creating a documentary about the protest on Saturday in NYC and he's looking for people to do audio/ visual field recordings during the protest. Interested parties should follow the link for further details:

Leaving for Brussels as I write this. The Belgian government deserves some backing after their brave stance in Nato last week.

From today, I will now boycott all american goods from my purchases.
it's only what the usa already suggested regarding french produce - a withdrawal of trade....another cold war..but this time, from the consumer.
pfff

What a head fuck, spent the best part of three and a half hours walking up around Westminster looking for the fucking coach.
Tried ringing the organisers mobile but couldn't get through and when I did they were leaving without us!!
Ah well, at least I got some new records ;)

maybe it's just too early, but a saw a newscast tonight that spent more time on the weather report than on the demonstrations today. i hate american media. we're a bunch of stupid fucking consumers. at least the media treats us that way. the vibe in the states is still very anti-war though. but our "elected" officials that are supposed to represent us really don't give a fuck what we think and will do whatever will further their careers. even go to war. stupid fucks.
