Very good documentry. Its worth it just for the last interview where Bashir pulls out the big gun questions. Worth a watch.

well, the jacko-bashing in the media last year didn't leave a good taste for me. it's a classic example of media destroying the same they praised for at least a decade, and every paper, every station joins in tha chant. the new album was labelled 'boring' before release although from what i heard it was just the usual stuff he always did. but someone gave the start signal and everybody ran. well, that's how opinions are created.

yes i know it was an interview where he made these crude statements, so it isn't gossip. but what's new about him being rather excentric if not a bit insane? that used to be the cool thing about him! but now... hmm.

his problem is that he now does the same all the time.
the productions doesn´t sound that fresh as they used to be.
he definetly should have called the neptunes for help.

he is a star, that we should all admire, an innovator and not a kiddie fiddler. i pity him being public enemy number one to the media, but they never gave him a chance to be normal in the first place.
the media can make what they want a world view of you to be true.
funny when you come to think of it
the last baby incident was a father playing with his child, like any other father would do, but just not every other father is Jacko
this man has been on a stage since he was barely a toddler.. now how kan a person llike that be 'normal'?

poor michael, I really feel sorry for him. I wish people would leave him alone. Sure he's a little nuts, but who isn't? he's just enjoying the childhood he never had. Fuck, he would make a great case study for my dissertation.
You gotta live life Off the wall and i think he really is peter pan

i think the man is actually mentally ill, which to me is a sad thing. look at his face. it's not funny. laughing at his face is like laughing at how skinny a person with anorexia is. except anorexia is reversible. unfortunately i think he is possibly beyond help. he needs to see a shrink - but i don't know if there exists a shrink good enough. it was a very depressing experience watching that doc. he is really not sane at all, and seems like a very sad and lonely person to boot. money can't buy you love. or sanity.

i'm not convinced he is a child toucher. the sun was blaring the headline 'jacko sleeps with boys' on the same page as it was declaring how sexy some barely legal girl was, as usual..

he's psychically ill... his gas mask filtered the air for his brain and so it died years ago... now a ant inside his head controlls his feeds and mouth

He's certainly got good moves for a white guy:D

Disappointed that he wasn't more honest about his plastic surgery. I think if he came clean about it then only really cynical people would have a problem with him. He's just a harmless weirdo.

Also, his sideways moonwalk was da shit :)

he's a multi-millionaire victim of abuse and therefore his coping mechanisms which would normally not be indulged have been indulged, to the extreme. no-one says no to him, or challenges him. he can pursue his every whim and never has to reflect on what he is doing to himself or others, he can blame "the press" for pretty much everything.

he is suffering from body dysmorphic syndrome amongst other things. i thought bashir was typically feeble though, and i was disgusted with ITV's masturbatory trumping up of the whole thing. there wasnt a single revelation in the whole programme and i almost wish i hadnt watched it...

I FEEL SORRY FOR HIS NOSE.

Sheridan
5th February 2003, 20:10
I don't know if this quote was from the same documentary since I haven't seen it yet, but I read in the paper that jacko said he has only had 2 nose jobs to 'help him breathe better'.
first things first, 2 nose jobs is obviously a lie. and for the better breathing thing, I would think he was able to breathe fine when he had his original nose and wide nostrils as opposed to the little pin holes he has now.

Yer_Maw

he said the nose jobs helped him breathe better to help him hit higher notes. sure pal thats the reason...?

just look at early pictures of him and how he changed his look too now.
his sisters nose looked like the work of the same surgeon.

but like spewis said: He's just a harmless weirdo.

it´s sad for his talent he has. he lost somehow his connection to his energy and looses himself in becoming "normal" i guess.
i don´t think that everything what others say doesn´t have an effect on him.

What worried me the most was the fate of his poor kids and their absent mothers. Having to wear masks n that... They are gonna be truly fucked up and it seems to me that he is perpetuating the neuroses that he has about his own face by projecting it onto theirs. Not to mention the fact that they seemed like accessories or toys for him to play 'daddy' with - he seemed to have very little understanding of what children really need. Really really sad. A sad little monster.

Honestly - I think it's a shame whats happened to him. Dispite the fact that he may have millions on the bank, he hasn't had a nice life at all, right from the start.

I think he never got the chance to be a 'normal child', and (maybe in a fucked-up way) he's living his missed childhood years now. The kids and them staying around? - Maybe he's just having the sleep-overs and slumber parties he missed out on years ago. Yeah, it's not really doing much for his reputation, but if he was abused as badly as he said he was, then the likelyhood is, it scared him mentally for life, and his actions now could just be naieve of the controversy it's generating now.

When I watched the show (and like Emma - I almost wish I hadn't now), it was like watching a really big kid having a laugh - climing trees, racing on his go-kart track, and spending money on stuff that he liked. He talks like a child, and maybe behaves like one at times.

You have to agree though - the guy rocks, and will live forever - just like Elvis has. Think about how many generations of your family know who he his, and look at how much work he's done over the years......

But you know what - as much as there are people out there (like the sun) who are labeling him as "Sleeping with boys" (and Bitch One - I TOTALLY see what you're saying), when the day comes that Micheal Jackson dies, lets see how quick they will be to sing his praises.....

Peace,
D_G ;o)
