Can anyone tell me about the Spanish producer Oscar Mulero?

i think he has some releases out on kobayashi i did see him play in barcelona last year..hes alright. he has a mix cd out an all. with tunes by surgeon claude young advent etc..the spanish jeff mills someone said to me dunno about that though..doesnt every country have a 'jeff mills'...
