i think that cris used this kind of sounds when he did
for sativae,etc.. may it be.??
this type/style of drum programming is rather similar to the brighton
sound, so i think it cant be lekebusch...
but it doesnt really matter, i just wanna know what's
the name of this trak.,heh

yeh do you have the possibility to make that sample longer? it sounds like some synthline is about to start at the end of that sample, maybe it's easier to identify...

This is a bit like Name That Tune, little short excerpts of tracks that miss out the really obvious elements, so you have to be a complete spotter to guess 'em
Could be fun forum quiz, we should take it in turns to create short excerpts and the person who guesses it first, gets to do the next one - whaddya say gang?
I would say I'll go first I'll be no good, I can't even remember the names of the records that I own when I hear them - I seem to have a decreased faculty with remembering names - I know the tune, I know I like it, I know I have it, I just can't name it ... ;) :-p :)
Or whoever gets articulate's track goes next...?

nahh.... I have the same problem.. can´t remember tracktitles... sometimes not the name of the release.. but hopefully the artists name... hehehe.
IT´S THE MUSIC THAT COUNTS!

this seems to be a serious problem lol
i have the same problem by remembering the trackname (yes, and often even the artist name).....eeerrrr...brain is getting old !!
but at least i just do care if i like the tune...so it is equal who the producer is !!

Some early Cari Lekebush stuff actually sounds a lot like Landstrumm, very different from the stuff he does today. The other day I heard the record he did as Mr Barth vs. Bob Brewthbaker - Knock`Em Out on Plumphouse Records from 1995 I think and thought it was landtrumm. Really good bleepy wonk techno, recommended if you can find it.
