Laz and I were talking about this tonight. We reckon by the time we get that shit we'll have run out of oil and water and you'll have to peddle for a day on your generator to get to use your laptop for two hours. And you'll end up replying to all your erutufon threads and then the battery will go. and you'll be thirsty.

I wonder what kind of music you will make when, your legs ache, your throat is dry and you only have 30 mins a day in which to do it?
Can't wait.

As he liked to say, this was a process of "turning my biggest problem into my biggest asset." Scatman John has received 14 golds and 18 platinums for his albums and singles. He was also the recipient of the Annie Glenn Award for his outstanding service to the stuttering community, and was also inducted to the National Stuttering Association's Hall of Fame. In 1999, he died of lung cancer at his home in Los Angeles aged 57.

""Everybody Jam!" is a song by Scatman John, released as a single from the album of the same name. It is a tribute to the music of Louis Armstrong with samples of his voice edited into the track as if in conversation with the Scatman."
Genius!
Everybody's talkin' something very shockin' just to
Keep on blockin' what they're feelin' inside but
Listen to me brother, you just keep on walkin' 'cause
You and me and sister ain't got nothin' to hide.
Scatman, fat man, black and white and brown man
Tell me 'bout the colour of your soul.
If part of your solution isn't ending the pollution
Then I don't want to hear your stories told.
I want to welcome you to Scatman's world

I've been thinking about this too - I've been trying to work out possible futures with fossil fuels running out and climate change for a game setting. But I reckon that the world will go Nuclear before anything too drastic kicks off...
Finland already has with help from the French govt. and push comes to shove, the French will roll out that technology to the rest of the developed world and make a pretty penny.
