I don't think anyone gets killed in the A-team - or if they do they're the really really really bad guys - I remember a really bad ex-rival of Stringfellow Hawk getting killed in Airwolf, he had lured them into trying some artificial reality training device - but he really just wanted to steal Airwolf - gripping stuff, I'm sure you can imagine... :-)

it was actually not a van, but some type of farm machine that face had to trade his shoes for - but a damm good episode sir, if I do say so myself! (saw it yesterday :) )
