APE / OGC files

How can i play these kind of files on my media player ?

[edit : audacity will convert em on the mac if you mean ogg]

Speaking of ogg on a mac.. does anyone know how to play ogg files in iTunes? I used to have a quicktime extension that allowed it but since I reinstalled my OS I can't find it.
