if your on mac i'd use audacity for the OGG's then - its free -

i don't use Mac but maybe i'll try the link you gave me...they probably have the same for pc.

Speaking of ogg on a mac.. does anyone know how to play ogg files in iTunes? I used to have a quicktime extension that allowed it but since I reinstalled my OS I can't find it.

does anyone know whether this is possible with .flac files as well?
