Been struggling with this one for a while. Its meant to be for the Rudimentary Peni covers album that we were invited to write stuff for.

Finally got it into something like the shape I want, but I am really not sure how to progress.

Give it an ear, will you? Advice is needed.

the ending kickdrum was too dry and not bassy enough, but thats dealt with now. I am updating the link appropriately.

Great anticipation at the beginning could be some awesome terror shit. No drop, which would bring the beginning to life. But the hypnotic rhythm of this wet kick is nice. 3:50 on is dope as shit. And the heavy shot verbed out kick is great.

Overall I would say it needs some drops, define more space and movement.

yeah i totally agree on pillie, about the drop in the beginning coz the drop at 3:50 does get onto my spine or just a "cliffhanger" that puts the hypnotic bass on another level coz i do love the upbuilding effect, or maybe tear the beginning a bit more up. and if you pitch it with 10 alike you already said : go go whuffie

yup. I'll tackle that in the next day or two, I agree about the drop now its been pointed out to me. Needed some fresh ears it did.
