http://www.designasign.biz/applet/GIF_Small/HOLIDAY/xmas013.png So it's that time of year where Superficial Good Vibe is all the rage.

I'm not a big fan of christmas music. But when I want super yuletide vibes coarsing like raw electricity through my body I put on:

Kraftwerk - Computer World

WHOO! I just feel upbeat and happy.

The bit where numbers turns into computer world 2 gets the hairs on the back of my neck everytime.

What album do you use to pray to the meta-jesus?

Steev - don't be too proud to start using your old account again - I'm sure you don't have to beg to spandy ;)

The best of Bo Diddley gets me going this time of year - 50's sleazy rock n Roll.

Totally agree. Computer world is some of the most beautiful music ever made! Although music academics would disagree. "no paul, kraftwerk made pop music, they had no real influence on contemporary music discourse"... TWATS!

It doesn't have to be groundbreaking. Just good time party vibe yes.

I was in a car in Kerry and heard a coldplay rip off of computer love. It made me sick to my stomach. I suppose everyone else has already had the displeasure of this ear abuse?

A bit of falco does it for me. Or europe - final countdown.

I was listening to Neuropolitique constantly last year around christmas time so I have an association with that music and this time of year, i'll have to make it tradition ;)

Not sure why but right now I'm really digging this again. LFO's best work imo. Shove Piggy Shove followed by Psychodelik is the highlight for me but the beatless tracks are well lush.
