AsI have some things you may want to consider. If no-future is a business I feel you are not maximising your potential.

Firstly: you should set up a shop on Ebay with a store front and everything..this is about 5 pounds a month..money im sure u are saving now Will is providing this for nothing,

Secondly: you should email newsletters to your massive email databese. i dont think i have ever read one.

thirdly: you should offer promotions. Buy one get this free etc..

I have a more detailed plan for you now:

1. Site Redesign and navigation re-think - Currently people are navigatiing directly to no-future central, bi-passing the homepage which contains links to reviews, promotions, gigs etc..

Improvement>> create include files which add left,top and right menus to all pages..this can be populated with various no-future relatred information.

The three inch factor>>> I notice the 3 sticky topics at the top dont get many views>

FIX>>>> peoples eyes naturally ignore stickys and focus about 5 inches down. i suggest what i call the bouncing thread. allow a thread to drop and bounce them with a little script to the top after a peroiod of inactiviy.

just a few points. i have been here 3 years and understand businsss very well.
