I am pretty sure it says do not swallow on the bottle.
but I haven't used mouthwash in ages.
I prefer to use hydrogen peroxide. that stuff must be spat out.


a few months ago I was driving around the city and at a stop light I saw this drunk homeless man sitting on the curb of a bus stop drinking a bottle of generic listerine. (heavy duty mouthwash that tastes rank). I felt so bad for him that I wanted to take him to the liqour store and get him a six pack of something decent.

and besides, he could buy a 16oz can of steel reserve for a buck.

that stuff feels like its mashed-up the end of my tongue - I'm using it at the moment (gum problems...) and hate it. You can't taste anything for about 2 hours after using it!

I didn't realise you could gargle hydrogen peroxide... it's a good thing to put on cuts/stings though
