nice one jonny, keep up the good work. I'm not smoking still either, 2 months and counting and it feels great. Especially since I had been smoking since the age of 11.

Jes you are very hard. 11yo you say?
I worked out I'd been smoking for 20 years and thought fuck that's so wrong. Dunno whether I said this before but one of my mates Uncles died recently at 37yo from smoking... kind the best incentive ever to give up.
I've put on a little weight and drinking has gone up from 4 units a week to about 25 but that was only because I hated drinking and super skunk mixed. It helps one of my best mates who provided easy assess has left the country for a couple of years... and alot of my depressive feeling have gone too.
great for the head, great for the lungs and great for the wallet. it sounds patronising but I now think smoking is very pointless and extremely stupid.
They rekon if you give up before you're 35yo, by 45yo your body is pretty much cleaned and repared itself. Here's hoping
and thanks for the support.

It does seem totally pointless now i've stopped and that's what's keeping me from not starting again, what's the point after 2 months of taking something up that just drains your cash and doesn't actually benefit you in anyway. More money for records though innit which is an addiction I don't wish to give up anytime soon ;)

The most annoying thing is it took me to get pneumonia to actually stop, i'm 27 now and I wouldn't have otherwise, that's how fucking addictive they are, it takes something potentially life threatening to scare you into stopping.
