I use dBpowerAMP - it's the best mp3 converter I've tried - it works both ways really quickly and is intuitive to use... can't remember where I downloaded it from but www.downloads.com is always a good place to start. If not there then just put "dBpowerAMP download" into Google and you'll be well away.
