yeah, no big deal...fun way to pass time on my breaks at work since I don't go outside for smoke breaks.
Not sure if Cristian or Emma are concerned, but I put a RRR logo tee up there too so maybe some people off the board can pick one up if they feel they want to rep the hot logo. Let me know if it's a problem and I can delete it off there asap.
enjoy.

forgive me if i seem a little stuffy ..:!
but I don't see u retain the original form of the ENS synth advert, with their NAME LOGO BRAND and ADDRESS
as open minded as I am, this lack of credit, and the obvious plagiarism, and reward to your bank account means i couldn't possibly buy one.

Well! - I'm not sure about the coypright infringements going on here!!
But for trivia fans , the nun photo was taken by none other than Nicholas Dimbleby!
@ ToneWrecker - As for the RRR shirt ! - Well, looks like you got it in manufacture already! Damn! The logo image is copyright Red Design - you have to ask their permission before you put it on a shirt that you are selling - as you haven't asked their permission , its probably cool if you could remove this product from your on line store until you have permission - or at least send us a couple!

agreed @ copyright infringements...
but i expect that if u add the remaining details, like store name, etc, they would be happy for the free advert if u tell them :!
i feel i should apologise for being so stuffy, :| sorry

i believe the usual fee is a percentage of the selling price? Surely this would be the best policy when openly using the design of another?

Cristian..ok, I've got the RRR logo tee gone. Cafepress is a service where you upload the graphics and then if someone orders an item, they screen it up. The prices shown are their cost, so I don't mark them up, thus I don't make anything. No worries, it was quick to delete. :-)
@IP I didn't leave the EMS address on the tee since I thought it looked better without it. :-)
I'd print these out at home on my crappy color inkjet and do iron them myself, but cafepress does a real pro job

no worries there at all tonewrecker
we will be doing our own tshirts real soon with the rrr logo on, and we have to pay the people who made the logo when we sell them...that's the deal really.

i see it's art for art's sake with u :) your motivation is cool, not that i was trying to judge u!i hope u aren't offended, and i hope that EMS allow your t-shirts in return for free advertising!
still, i feel a stuffy old thang to have mentioned it :|

Hahaha... reminds me of the case some years ago with McDonalds... some young english activists had released some information about McDonalds way of selling products and the way they brand themself... It kind of pissed McDonalds off - and they met in court. The case ran for two years!!! and ended very interesting...!!
Someone heard about it??
It´s a crazy world we live in!!!
