Okay pille it was my idea...-lets do it!

We make it the same way like the dj-mix cd. Everybody who have his hands on it must put s.th. cheap but personal, own (informations/photos), or s.th. typical for his area or state in the pakage. But hold it in size please.

Don´t forget to make a copy of the cd when you received it, to make sure nothing will get loose.

I dont´t know really about that long-track-thing, tsr-frederik was talking about...than the first one, me, only have to sample some sounds before i reforwarded it. hmmm, noooo :)

I think everybody have to put three things on it:

1)
One whole track!
You can start producing from now on, but don´t take any old track!
To prove this, buildt-in some kind of No Future spoken word sample! okay okay okay

2)
One Loop!
Just make a loop...maybee one minute long...without any changes regarding the structure!

3)
Make anything of electronic-nonsense, -crap, -art, some kind of a intro...anything else what you like to do.

Okay okay, that is some stuff and work, but you can working on it from now on.

Try to keep that cd not longer than 5-7 days, so you have to be prepared.

Everybody who wants to take part, have to sign up here with his address, than i can work out the route!

dont pay to much attension to this !

the original idea was to make a 74min cd with sounds on it.
you could either mix(dj) or Produce your own shit. aslong as you recived the letter with the cd you had to continue on it somehow.
still this will be good with two cd´s 1. dj 2.produce...

come on lets guys ! lets make art and music and be totaly crazy about it !!!!

i'm a bit confused now. shall we make a track and a loop and put it on the cd?? i was more like putting only the track on and try to mix it to the one delivered by my forerunner. should be the better listening experience.

do you want to mix the tracks with software tools like traktor?
I think that isn´t really a cool thing, is it...maybee you can mix your own tracks into the forerunners music, wether if self-produced or on vinyl...what do you think?

i won´t to rip your idea and your concept. It was just an idea to devide these two things, and peoples said okay....do it.

But i do not understand really how you wanna handle that thing tomas....isn´t it cooler to hear whole tracks of the people from this forum all around the world, with some "intro-like electronic crap art nonsense" and a freaky loop on it. than you can get a good image of what the people are into, what they like to do and able to do.
I think it is really interesting to hear stuff from all this guys here.

But its your deal and, when i´m understand that right, your website...so its on you what you like to do.
Or let the people vote about it...!?

i want people from all over the world to participate on a cd and by that i want people to add there own music or dj something they are really into, soo really. it should be up to each and everybody what to add on the cd... that´s what i like them to do atleast.
and i think that is what you want to =)
but still this is probably only the beginning to something else, cause it will probably end up being something totaly else in the end... i think of this a first try out and it will only get better eveytime something like this starts =)

lets just hope we don´t confuse each other to much !

Off course all people do what they like to do, but i thought about something like a theme or concept, to keep it in a special frame.

So we do it that way!...i´ll sign up in the other list, and let the people who wrote me pm´s know about that.

Good that i will not start that adventure, so i have some more time.

yes.route is being mapped on a big world map i now have taped to my living room wall.im sticking post-it's to it with tack's with peoples names on it .....thats as far as i got it.good we got a team:)...........ok cool so since i have the production cd right now.all im doing is remixing tomas's song into pure broken dark techno.its accually comin to be the best piece i think ive ever done.heheheh.thats kind of funny......i guess ill i needed was some inspiration................... ............so with the theme.what shall i think about when making this track.cause im really just expanding on the idea of tomas track,just less hard and more weird.using only the samples hes provided except i got a new kick in there,and tweaked the fuck out of everything.its really glitch'y and dark.

can we just take elements of what's on the cd and then make a new track or do we just add a small 1-3 minute part to the original cd and then pass it on.

concept albums are so difficult.

well.aj i think is the contestant.hes down and can start the german movement.cause its going to be germany for a long time.theres some 15 people who want to participate in germany.so thats cool:)ill be done by sunday and have it in the mail by monday.thanksgiving weekend.crazy:)
