here some general hints:

.) my experiences with web-banking has shown, that the newest updates for browsers are often necessary in order to use ssl systems. e.g. service pack 2 for ie6.0 is required in order to accomplish transactions with the online banking system of the deutsche bank. so make sure that your browser is up to date!

.) updated secure certificates on the browser ( public certificates are free)

.) have got cookies enabled on your browser.

.) make sure, that privacy settings are set to medium.

.) if you are using a firewall please ensure that the firewall is not blocking the payment system.
