i think that is a pretty sad end to a sad life. no-one WANTS to be a paedophile do they? he was obviously very damaged himself and then damaged other people's lives. just depressing all round.

and if i think about his music, i feel even worse.

i totally agree emma.

i loved gazza when i was a kid, but i was totally gutted when i found out he probably would've loved me too... :(

Um, I think he actually revelled in it, was convinced he was completely untouchable. I'm really, really not of the "THEY ARE MONSTERS CUT THEIR NuTS OF" persuasion, but a couple of my friends knew his daughter well, and I don't think there was any doubt that he was a genuinely horrible, unrepentant predatory - evil, even - bastard. And loads of people in the industry knew and turned a blind eye. Very very sad all round, but I don't think you should waste tears on him.

im not wasting any tears on him, far from it. even if he was like you say, which i dont doubt, something made him that way which must have been pretty appalling. im not going to gloat over his death.

tend to disagree... with the paedo bit. everybody wants to do things in the life but sometimes you know its wrong - for which help is available. I want to sleep with very fit women but I don't abuse them to satify my sexual urges. full stop.
