ok, ive thought we might have a holiday once a year.and i have an idea and it starts thursday.the holiday is, for one day everyone has to have their personal picture as there avatar,any picture from there past to present.preferabllly not destorted.so that every one can meet each other by face.it will be kind of cool i think and give everyone an idea who their talking to.just one day.comments please

i dunno why, but everytime i try to use the avatar function, it says my image is too big! a tiny assed jpeg! wtf?

well i messed around with it alot and i asume you have photoshop or some graphics program.am i right?if so what you do is make sure your image is no lager than 100/100, that's height and width,sometimes my height is 100 but my width is 130 ,so i have to notch it down to 80 or so to make both angles fit the desired 100/100.than the other thing is if your saving it as a huge file.make sure its not that big of a file,try it with a colored block and it should save it as a gif,which is desired.try that.it should work.[p]

..make sure the resolution isn´t greater than 72 ppi, max 100x100 pix. fx "save for web" in photoshop... should work!

well.. my avatar is my "face" - it transformed to this two days ago.. can´t hardly close my eyes?! -and it´s very difficult to speak..(sounds like a vocoderefx) but I can scream!!! very loud... and make some freaky noizes!
