good day at school

the other day I had a really neat day at school. me and my lab group got to bring in some gear and record ourselves making some techno/electro stuff. we also had 2 live drummers with us as well. here are some pics we took while working in the middle of the night..

I would love to post some of what we did. I am just not sure how to do it. I have never done it before. does anyone know what I need to do??

what school is that? and what kind of board are you running? all that place needs is a bed and then i could call it home! looks like there's room to sleep under the board though...

the school is called full sail. it is located in winter park florida. it is a technical school that teaches recording, film, digital animation, video game design.
the board in the picture was an ssl 9000j. that is just one of the studios. in studio a is an amek 9098i. here is a picture of that console.

i know of full sail. and i actually used to live there in winter park. but that was only till like 3rd? grade... so i don't remember too much of it. went to eastbrook elementary school there.

someday i'll own a neve board. some day... till then i'll have to stick with my soundcraft.

yeah we did it for or fireworks class in school,about 24 solid hours so it kinda sucks,but thanks.but we plan to make it a whole lot better.

hey you want to know a cool fact,i grew up about 15 miles away from where they shot goonies and at that time i was about their ages and wanted to be a goonie soooooooooooo bad.

i wish i had gone to school. i love getting projects like that. i'm actually trying to get back in right now because all you people make me jealous with all your potential. stop being so damn good people! i hate the print industry... all you graphic designers: beware the printing industry! it's a horrid place.

Ya see when ya spending thousand and thousands (and thousands) on a studio, spunking a few hundred on a comfy chair is hardly a drop on the ocean - these days what with a complete DTP outfit coming for less than a grand - I'm lucky to get a bar stool sit on - I'm getting into music - it has far comfier chairs... :-)

yes nice chairs are a must. here is yet another pic of me at school. notice the nice leather couch I am on. now I know where my tuition money really went to.;)
