makes me think about the time i had eazy-e on the turntable and volume full up just to tease my parents :)

hm but hasn´t changed that gangsta image to a glamour image?
big houses with pools and chicks instead guns, drugs and chicks?

yeh I laid "jam master jay" on the wheels o' steel today as well in honor of the great man - actually I recall watching a documentary not too long ago where either run or dmc said that one of the main reasons they hooked up with jam master jay back in the heyday was because he knew everybody out on the street and that meant not getting your teeth kicked in at jams and the like... makes you wonder if the man made some enemies over the years as well.

Tragic news.

I might still be considered too young to know what I'm going on about, but I grew-up listining to my big bro' blasting Run DMC upstairs on his sound system.

Just makes you think - the music world seems to be turning into one of the most dangerous industries to be in....

I remember when I was 10 I jacked a Run DMC tape, and used to try breaking on the kitchen floor. His unique scratching skills led the way, Truely on of the Genres Pioneers, He influenced many of the Dj's that came after him. RIP,

Just a reminder that the world is GREEDY. Its always about Money
