Typewriter of the dead - new Vogel

I searched the forum but didn"t see this anywhere.

"Typewriter of the dead" is a new track from Cristian. It's to be found on the Novamute 'Kompilation 2005' cd. Out now, as they say. And it's a rather remarkable piece too.

3 mins 42. Those who know me intimately will verify i love a good chord. TOTD features a fair few of these. Oh, and rather piercing / captivating sounds too. Bound up in the caring production style that continues to astound. Cant wait for the lp.

Favour youself, make an effort to check it out. Efforts will repay and all that. maybe you could chip in a few euros to encourage novamute to extra promotion, trip to osaka etc.

Oi Oi Hardy. Yes it's on the album - which is MIGHTY, I have to say. I don't know if it's just me but Haunted Typewriter seems to reference a lot of horror film atmospherics / melodies - even a touch of the Goblinish Italian prog subliminally in there... Spose that's not so surprising with Cristian already having done that Vampyros Lesbos thing years back.

I jut got a promo of '1968 Holes' single which is the thermonuclear device which sets the whole album off... the b-side 'Zilch' has some rather good lyrics...

Something about this track reminds me of "Circus of death" by the Human League, but for the life of me I can't tell you why.

when i've got a minute in betweeb my intensive prawn training program, I will be preparing a few new pages for Erutufon sub sites - one of which will be a special official Station55 creative promotional page, with previews and metavibe.

Its an oddball track the one that came out on the NM comp , out of context of the album i'm not sure its gonna make much sense to many people, eg Module_Man ...

But if Hardy likes it, its on the right track!
