SC_TV was originally aired in September of 2002 on VIVA TV, it stands alone
as a oneoff audiovisual hour long trip taking in Super Colliders' influences for
Raw Digits and Red Designs artwork for the album.
The audio consists of a mix created by Cristian and Jamie skating across genres
and layering up tracks to entice and unnerve the listener taking in ESG and letting out Del Shannon, Wu Tang through Spillin Visions, Frank Zappa having phonesex with Cathy McKinney . A full track listing of the mix was posted by Emma on 17/09/02 and is still available to view.
Visually it reflects each track in it's own right but there are common threads taken from Reds artwork which make it a whole. Maltese firework displays, clips of SC live, fantasy pop videos and wheel chair bound hookers sit in amongst the TV channel interference which we edited together to complement the audio twists and turns.
At the moment we invite you to take a look at a edit of the hour at http://www.novamatic.com. Within the month it will appear on the site (once overall design of the space has been completed) in it's entirety, both as individual tracks and as a whole.
