got a bit of a confession. having seen a couple of instalments of jamie's school dinners, and with oliver turning up in the news a lot recently on account of his food-related campaigning, i'm afraid to say i've actually started warming to the bee-stung fuck. he doesn't seem to be half as twatty these days as that cunt from the naked chef and the sainsbury's adverts

what's happened? is jolliver actually becoming likeable? or am i becoming a calmer, happier human being?

I always thought he was a decent sort. He did sound a bit wanky at times with all his "now this pukka tucker" patter as if he'd just been cooking at a Biology rave.

Maybe it was Guff sucking his Sainsbury badge that has made the masses appreciate him.

I reckon he's always seemed a bit gimicky before... hats off to him with this last series though... he's seems quite committed to the cause and it looks like he might have timed the whole thing right as far as getting Labour to chip in for a bit of pre-election publicity.

I've quite liked him since that fifteen series. His programs are always very watchable.

The show was quality the other night when Bill Clinton showed up at his resturant with about twice as many people as was booked, took one look at the menu which they had been given two weeks before and ordered steak sort of thing. Was amusing watching Jamie go radge with his "What sort of people come to a resturant to have some lovely food, then order stuff not on the menu when it was approved two weeks ago" and then he storms out tells his assistant to tell Clinton he's already pissed off home as he's so furious he doesn't want to see him. Nothing like celebrity snubbing ex world leaders.

this might just be a popbitch style nasty rumour - but it made me laugh... apparently a few years ago Duffer asked him to stop wearing their clothes all the time cause he was ruining their image.

i read about that. didn't he stomp out of the restaurant going, "he's a fucking wanker!"?

i kind of liked him in the 15 thing as well. must be the swearing. now he's dropped the cheeky-chirpy cockney act and starting trying to be gordon ramsey he's much more palatable

my mum doesn't approve, though. why do people have to swear? it's just not necessary

Yeah I think hes a "good" guy...... When asked whether he thought he was being used as a political pawn for election purposes, he said "I don't care, as long as the kids get a decent meal "..... I watched hi 15 show as well. He was really giving these guys a terrific oppurtunity...........
