not too crazy of a history for the label (YET!). I just wanted an outlet for some tunes by myself and friends and also others who's music makes my head jump around. There isn't much happening for labels in Mpls. now that Communique, Analog, Electric Music Foundation, etc. have stopped.. HiPass is good stuff though..

I've never been interested in getting caught up in the whole "business" side. I keep focused on the music and trading tracks with folks from other labels such as the Langley release (I gave him the tracks for Jackstar 03..out soon?) in exchange for the ep he gave me.

I'm excited for the future of the label and so far I've received some great feedback on the releases so I'm pretty happy.

I also keep getting in touch with these amazing producers who's music has been in my crates so I'm really happy to make these new contacts with people I admire for their work, creativity, and personality.
