This friday i will find myself travelling through Berlin with a couple of hours to spare- Does anyone know if Hardwax is within easy reach of either the main train station or the airport. Any directions would be much appreciated................... .........

its a bit weird, from the outside it was hard to see it was there...its in a really big building in the back part, you have to go through another building...and up about 10 flights of stairs.

its not like their old store which was like a normal shop on the street with glass window etc

there are U-bahn stations near by, cant remember their names though! so that's really helpful

The street 'Paul-Lincke-Ufer', where Hardwax is as the name says goes directly along the river. It is in the part of Kreuzberg, where some very beautiful, old houses stand! There are some restaurants and you have to go first through a door into the court and then Hardwax is in the 2nd or 3rd story, but I'm not sure!

hey trackhead, i think driving the U to Kottbusser Tor is the best way to go. it's pretty much around there, just find your way to the channel (Paul-Lincke-Ufer) and you got it.

it's
paul-lincke-ufer 44a, 2nd backyard, 3rd floor
station is either: U1, U15, U8 - kottbusser tor or U8 - schoenleinstrasse.
at the corner outside the building you'll see a restaurant called 'ma rosa'.
