OVERLOAD MEDIA, the UK's premiere web resource for underground electronic music, teams up with London-based crew UGLY FUNK for a feisty night of deviant sounds, subterranean rhythms and visual pandemonium at the Electrowerkz in London. The all-night event will feature music from leading UK DJ/producers such as Si Begg, Ben Sims and Mark Broom, alongside a healthy spread of artist representation from both the Overload and Ugly Funk camps. The night also sees Mark Hawkins of Djax / Pro-Jex fame performing his debut live set.

Expect a heady collision of techno, house, electro, noise, breaks, sludge and mangled pop, with support from two of London's finest visual crews - 'The Kitchen Staff' and 'New Visual Alliance'.

by chance, will any sets get recorded for the night...

you know, for all us stateside, stuck in the middle of nowhere fools who won't be able to make it to this event.

helluva line up and should be quite memorable.

M H - so do you just put that tin drum in a back pack and then find a stick at the gig to bang on it with, or do you prefer to break off an audience member arm to beat on the gear with?
