and how many people would have even given this issue thought if microsoft had just resisted the apparently overwhelming temptation to panic? talk about an own goal!

it's the hippest player out there, and ms employees do earn a pretty good salary on average.

there's a much better reason against portable music devices and other portable storage in work environments such as ms, which is data security.
